What does the pilot include?

The full product for 60 days, free, on your own site: both canary loops, alerting to Slack or an external inbox, and the honest per-channel detection bound. Monitored means we actively watch how it behaves on your site during the pilot, so problems reach us before they reach you.

What happens after the 60 days?

You decide. If pricing has published and you want to stay, pilot sites keep half off for their first year. If you would rather stop, removal is two clicks: uninstall the Forge app, and optionally delete the canary customer and its issues. Nothing was migrated, so nothing needs to be undone.

Question 3

What will pricing look like when it publishes?

Per-agent, like the products it sits next to in a service desk budget. We are deliberately not naming numbers before the pilot has taught us what the monitor is worth in practice; publishing a price and then moving it would be worse than publishing it once, correctly.

Why only 10 sites?

Accepted Answer

Because monitored means monitored. During the pilot we watch every site's loops ourselves, and ten is the number we can genuinely do that for. When the pilot fills, the contact form still works: we keep a list and open the next round in order.

Is there any commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. The pilot is free, there is no card on file, and the app is removable in two clicks at any point. The only thing we ask of pilot sites is feedback: the pilot exists to make the product and its pricing honest.
