Is this a subscription?

No. Credit packs are a one-time purchase, and credits never expire. Buy what you need for your backfill. There is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.

Which mailboxes are supported?

Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft 365 connect via OAuth with read-only scopes. Any other mailbox (Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho, Fastmail, cPanel and more) connects over IMAP with an app password. You can connect several inboxes at once, including several accounts of the same provider, and pick which one each import runs from. We never send mail on your behalf.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every portal includes a free trial allowance, and dry runs are always free and never count toward your credits, so you can preview exactly what would land in HubSpot before spending anything.

Question 4

Will it duplicate emails I already have in HubSpot?

Accepted Answer

No. Source message IDs prevent re-importing the same conversation. Re-running an import is safe. Records that already exist are skipped.

Question 5

How far back can I import?

Accepted Answer

As far back as the mailbox goes. There is no date-range cap. Volume is limited by your credits, not by time, and auto-continue chains runs automatically to finish large multi-year backfills.

Question 6

What happens when I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

Imports pause and we let you know. Buy another one-time pack whenever you're ready and pick up where you left off. We never auto-charge.

Question 7

I need more than 250,000 emails.
