What happens when an enrollment can't go through right now?

Cue queues it and tries again on its own schedule — automatically, if the reason is one that clears on its own, like a contact already in another sequence or a sender at their daily limit. If a person has to act, Cue names exactly who and what in your daily digest and, on paid plans, writes it onto the contact record. Nothing is silently dropped.

Do I have to share every sequence with my whole company?

Accepted Answer

No. Cue only needs the sequence shared with the sender you configure on the action — which is HubSpot's actual requirement. Your sequences stay as private as you want them.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Accepted Answer

Cue queues the enrollment, up to your plan's queue limit, rather than failing it. It goes out as soon as your next period starts, the moment you upgrade, or as soon as you buy an enrollment pack. You are only ever billed for enrollments HubSpot actually accepted — never for attempts, retries, or anything still queued.

Do enrollment packs expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits are bought outright, never expire, and roll over month to month. Your plan allowance is always spent first — it resets on the 1st and your credits do not — so a pack is only touched once you are past what your plan already includes. Two things worth knowing: packs raise how much you can enroll, not how much can sit queued at once; and if you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits are paused rather than lost, and count again the moment you subscribe.

Does the free plan include real recovery, or just the basic enroll action?

Real recovery, yes. The retry queue, the failure log, one-click retry and the daily digest are in Free — gating reliability behind a paywall would defeat the point. What Free leaves out starts at Pro: writing the failure reason onto the contact record, the sender fallback chain, the Slack digest, and stopping or unenrolling from a workflow (unenrolling logs and deletes a meeting, because HubSpot has no unenroll API).

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, on every paid plan. Pay annually and get two months free — the yearly price is always exactly 10 times the monthly one, so there is nothing to calculate.

Question 7

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Nothing that already enrolled is undone.

Question 8

Which HubSpot plan do I need?

Accepted Answer

Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or above. HubSpot's own sequence-enrollment workflow action needs Enterprise; Cue's actions work on Professional, using the same sequences you already have.
