How is Approval Evidence billed?

Per billable user, through the Atlassian Marketplace, on the same bill as your other Atlassian apps. The tier follows your site's user tier for the largest Jira product, not how many people open the app. Portal customers who raise requests are not billed.

Is there a free option?

Yes. Sites in the 1 to 10 user tier use Approval Evidence free. The free tier applies to the whole site's tier, not to the first ten users of a larger site. Larger sites can start with a 30-day free trial; check the trial end date in Atlassian billing.

Is the price final?

The target is about USD 1 per billable user per month. Final pricing, including the annual tiers Atlassian derives from it, is shown in the Atlassian Marketplace at listing, and this page will match it.

What happens to our records if the subscription lapses?

Accepted Answer

The app stops capturing new data. Its own license check never blocks viewing, exporting or deleting existing records, or privacy processing, while Atlassian keeps the app available. Fees, trials, cancellations and refunds are handled through the Atlassian Marketplace.
